You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated personal data. Below are the
steps you can take to manage your data.
Steps to Delete Your Account
1 Via In-App Settings:
- Open the AI Tutor app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap on "Clear All Data" or "Delete Account" (if available).
- Confirm the deletion. This will immediately remove your local data and progress.
2 Via Email Request:
If you cannot access the app or wish to request a manual deletion from our cloud servers, please email us

Please include your registration email address so we can identify your account.
What Happens When You Delete?
- Account Access: You will immediately lose access to your profile and cloud-synced data.
- Personal Data: Your name and email address will be permanently removed from our
databases.
- Study Progress: All saved flashcards, notes, and learning progress will be deleted.
- Retention Period: Manual requests are typically processed within 48-72 hours. Once
deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Delete Specific Data Only
If you don't want to delete your entire account, you can use the "Clear All Data" button in
settings to reset your progress and notes while keeping your account active for future use.
