By downloading, installing, or using AI Tutor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Tutor is an educational mobile application that provides:

• AI-powered tutoring and learning assistance
• Flashcard creation and study tools
• Progress tracking
• Exam preparation materials

3. User Accounts

• You may use the App without creating an account
• Creating an account enables cloud sync and additional features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AI Tutor to:

• ❌ Seek information on inappropriate, harmful, or illegal topics
• ❌ Attempt to circumvent content filters
• ❌ Submit malicious content or spam
• ❌ Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Free Tier: Limited daily AI messages, basic features

Premium Subscription: Unlimited AI messages, advanced features, priority support

Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• AI Tutor and its content are owned by the developer
• You retain ownership of content you create (flashcards, notes)
• You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Tutor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of AI responses
• Continuous availability of the service
• Compatibility with all devices

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or academic outcomes based on using the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
